Who handles your enquiry

RUIARC website enquiries are handled by Xinrui Metal Products Co., Ltd. (临朐新瑞金属制品有限公司), based in Linqu, Shandong, China. For questions about your information, contact eric@ruiarc.com.

Information you provide

Our enquiry form asks for your name, email address, country or region, and project requirements. You can also choose to provide your product interest, preferred style or reference, company, phone number, dimensions and quantity, and enquiry type. Required fields are marked on the form.

If you contact us by email or WhatsApp, we receive the messages and any attachments you choose to send. WhatsApp correspondence also includes the phone number you use to contact us. Please share only information relevant to your project and avoid including sensitive personal information or other people's details without permission.

How we use and handle it

We use your enquiry details to understand your requirements, respond to you, prepare a quotation and discuss the project or supply arrangements you request.

Form submissions are stored in our website database and sent as email notifications to eric@ruiarc.com. The website records a submission reference and time, and the form software may also record an IP address. Our website hosting and email services process information to operate these systems. Notification emails are sent through Google's email service.

You can choose to contact us using the website's WhatsApp link. This opens WhatsApp, which operates the messaging service under its own terms and privacy policy.

Our team handles enquiries in China. Our service providers may also process information in other countries.

How long records are kept

Website enquiry records are configured for automatic deletion after 12 months from submission, through the website's scheduled cleanup process.

Email and WhatsApp correspondence, any project records kept separately, and backups are managed separately. The website's 12-month cleanup does not automatically delete these copies. Retention of correspondence and project records depends on the enquiry, any related project and applicable record-keeping requirements. You can contact us to ask about the information we still hold or request its deletion.

Access, corrections and deletion

Email eric@ruiarc.com to ask for access to your enquiry information, correct it or request deletion. Include the email address or WhatsApp phone number used for your enquiry and, if available, its reference number. We may ask you to verify your identity before acting on a request.

We review these requests individually, including any records that need to be retained for an ongoing project or applicable legal obligations, and explain the outcome. Deleting a website submission does not by itself remove its email notification or other separately held copies.
